XREF Changes Require Reloading Twice

Hi,

I am facing some issues when i XREF a drawing with the other drawings

Here are the steps for that issue

1) After opening the AutoCad 2014 i opened two drawings A and B

2) I XREF'D drawing B for the drawing A, i went back to drawing B and edited (did some changes) it after that i saved the drawing B

3) Now i went to the drawing A and entered the command XREF in that window the drawing B has requires reloading and i selected reloaded all references

4) Here is the issue i am facing sometimes, in order to see the changes what i did in the drawing B i have to reload the references twice to see the changes

anyone has faced the same issue like this
