reg -specified cast is not valid

I added the AxAcCtrl(autodesk true viewer control) to show the autocad drawings in windows from. it works fine in my system but am getting the following error message while deploying the application in the customer system "specified cast is not valid"

Please provide the solution for the above said problem

Hi,

It is not trueview forum and you ask in a wrong forum.

Anyway, DO your customer have trueview installed?

I hope by installing trueview it would solve. Please let me know the update!
