Updating block attributes from Excel using vb.net

Hello, Dear AutoCAD specialists!

The vb.net code in the application allows you to select a "block with attributes" by name and upload information about this block to an external Excel file: name, handle, attribute values.

Please tell me how to update this "block with attributes" from an Excel file in which the attribute values have been changed.

In other words: with the drawing open, select an external Excel file, then select the block that needs to be updated.
