Display Enterprise Ribbon to All Workspaces

Does anyone know of a way to display an enterprise ribbon to any workspace using .NET?

In the CUI, I have it set to show for any workspace, but this option does not seem to work on enterprise CUI elements like it does with basic partial CUI elements.

The +RIBBON command also does not seem to work with enterprise CUI elements either.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Are we talking tab or panel?

I'm looking to display a tab. I set up an enterprise tab for the company but many users do not know how to display tabs in their workspace so I would like to load a specific tab from the enterprise CUI via autolisp or .NET automattically.

So far from what I've seen, this is not something that is capable through autolisp.
