How can i do pinvoking .dbx files or .arx files since these are dll files ?

Dear Experts,

We know that these .dbx files and these .arx files are c++ dll files.We could call several of functions from the vb6

Now we are using c# and so many features which are available in the arx files(c++ access these) or lisp can access these but c# has some problems(limits)

How can i do pinvoking .dbx files or .arx files since these are dll files ?
