&lt;P&gt;You can access to the AutoCAD COM/ActiveX API with &lt;A href="https://pyautocad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;pyautocad&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To access to the .NET API, you have to use &lt;A href="https://ironpython.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IronPython&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; but it seems to be not so trivial (see &lt;A href="https://www.keanw.com/2009/03/using-ironpython-with-autocad.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this topic&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This enables both AutoCAD and Civil3D API for Python use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
