.NET C# Custom Level Symbol (Height Kote)

Hello.

I have to create an AutoCAD dynamic block with wider functionality then standard "_AstM4CommDetCrHeightKote" level symbol (Advance Steel -> Labels & Dimensions -> Insert level symbol).

The question is how to get point's model space coordiantes (especially, the height coordinate, according to current orientation of axis) when user choses a point in layout sheet in the same way as for standard level symbol.

I tried to find any documentation on the ASTXATOMICDETVIEW or ASTDETVIEWBOX, but I didn't find anything.

It would be great if you provide C# code snippet with necessary includes (or library names).
