Hi,

I have installed AutoCAD 2022, and Object ARX 2022 and cad.net Wizard2022 and Wizard 2022 from the Autodesk website.

Also installed Visual studio 2019 community which is free version. At the result I have to see (AutoCAD 2022 plug-in) in my visual studio (picture 2 ) but cannot see anything (picture 1).

I tried same process on my laptop and it worked, but I need to have it on my PC as I need to big screen to work on.

This problem has bothered me for many weeks and I have finnally solved it.😭

Once you installed "Autocad dotnet wizard", a zip file called "AutoCAD 2022 CSharp plug-in.zip" will be copied to the location like "C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Visual Studio 2019\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual C#\Autodesk".

HOWEVER, if you check you work direction of Visual Studio ("Tools->options->projects and solutions->loaction" ), you may find that the setting of "User project templates location" of Visual Studio is "D:\********". That's the reason why you can't see the CAD templates when you creat a new project.

Now that the reason has been found, it's easy to solve the problem. Just copy the file "AutoCAD 2022 CSharp plug-in.zip" in Disk C to the REAL templates location, or change the templates location of VS to "C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Visual Studio 2019\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual C#\Autodesk". Done.

Thank you very much for the information, I think you're right, I've checked the address in visual studio now and that's correct, unfortunately my question was for a few months ago, at that time I had to format my windows and reinstall everything again, so it worked, but that was great to hear this for same issue in future.Thank you very much.
