LispFunction Runs Twice

I have a LispFunction that does some work to get data from a drawing and saves it to a temporary file. When the LispFunction is run the first time it runs twice, every other time after it runs twice. Is this a known issue or is there maybe a setting that is causing this. Adding Lisp before the LispFunction doesn't appear to affect it running twice.

This is Civil 3D 2020.6 Update.

It was a defect in my code. I was writing to the XML file in the creation of the object and I suspect .NET is running the initialization of the class in order to create the XML file which caused the issue.
