Can't import, open or append XML file in Navisworks

Hi,

I'm having an issue when opening/appending a XML file in Navisworks Manage 2018.

whenever i attempt to do this i receive the error message "No plugin exists that will open XXX.xml"

Does anyone know how i can get around this or rectify this issue so I can open a xml file in navisworks please?

We don’t Open/Append XML files in Navisworks. Rather you’ll need to Import this XML file in its proper category (i.e. Viewpoints , search sets , Find items……)
