Image assign to Material does not work without repeat

When creating material with a embeded image it doesn't work if function repeat is switched off and sample size is equal to surface size.

Steps:

1. Create a default material

2. Assign an image to Material

3. Edit image Scale (in this case 2005x1153 equal to surface size)

4. Repeat setting is "Tile" and the image is not correct showing (screenshot 1)

5. Switch Repeat OFF and the Image is getting lost (screenshot 2)

Can anyone help me?
