Opening BIM360 project in Navisworks Manage for BIM360 presents odd error symbol

I'm able to open a BIM 360 project through my google chrome web browser. But when attempting to open the same project through Navisworks Manage 2019 (For BIM360), I am presented with a blank screen and an odd symbol that I've never seen before.

Has anyone seen this symbol before or know why I can't view this project model in my navisworks program?

Hi @Eli_TCCO , haven't encountered that before, seems strange. Have you tried signing out and back in? Installed latest updates, Close then open the app again?
