Properties equal zero in quantificator

Hello,

i am using Navisworks Manage 2020 in French and my quantification takeoff show me only "zeros" for all of my object properties, (the model is an IFC)

i've tried everything, by maaping the elements to change the "TakeoffPropertyMap1.xml" code lines,

if know anything that could work, please,

I have tried that before but it didn't work,i have found the solution : I had to maap the properties first, and then and only then load the model in the quantificator,
