you have 2 ways

1- By editing file your file revit can export NWC then refresh Navisworks it will sync with Revit

2- Switch Back Method

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/navisworks-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2019/ENU/Navisworks/files/GUID-2877F4F4-3B6B-4A2A-887B-35761E79AA46-htm.html

Hello everyone!

After many research I have not found an answer to my question. Can REVIT and NAVISWORKS be synchronized? That is, when I make a change on my REVIT file, I would like it to be made on my NAVISWORKS file. If possible, can you guide me through the process.

Thanking you in advance.

Not automatically.

After you save a Revit file in a folder and then open that file in Navisworks it will create next to it an NWC

If you make changes in Revit and then save the file (overwrite it), the next time you open Navisworks or when you press the refresh button, Navisworks will see that date between NWC and RVT is different and will start to update the Navisworks NWC file.

I can imagine why this automatic (immediate) syncing is not available. It probably would be quite processor and memory intensive.

Thank you for answering my question, I had already tried the swichtback method, the views between REVIT and NAVISWORKS synchronized well, but it was not the case for modifications.

Yes, You can

After you are editing in Revit , you have to export NWC(after editing) and replace with the old one (old NWC)with the same name then you Refresh in Navisworks the Updates will be upgraded
