It might be Nevisworks version issue.

In Navisworks 2019 there is an option in IFC import (File Readers), called Revit IFC.

In 2021 it is hiding under "Conversion Method" I believe.

Depending on the version, try to change one of them.

Thank you. Im just wondering when they check the ifc for the coordinates it is in local position maybe thats why its very from from actual location, is there a proper way of exporting ifc in revit reflecting the GIS coordinates because i use xml for shared reference point and use internal origin. and it seems in my pc everything is ok but when other uses my ifc there is a problem, maybe i miss something when it comes to exporting.

When exporting IFC there is a dropdown menu where you can change the coordination system. Try to export your file a few times changing that parameter and see if any is working for others.

I tried using survey point, project based point and internal origin except for shared coordinates. when i used shared coordinates my model is not in true north in navisworks, the rest everything is in the exact position as may dwg reference.

Try to export NWC from your Revit file and see how it is aligning on other computers.
If it will be ok then it is an IFC import to Navisworks problem that I've mentioned earlier.

i have tried that as well both nwc and revit and both have exact location. do you know any software that could check the coordinates of an ifc because i think that is their main issue when they check the ifc the coordinates seems it is in local position. their checking has something to do with BIM . thanks

The last solution I can think of is to set up a Revit file with a shared coordinate system and export IFC from there.

would you be able to upload the IFC and one of the Revit models for us to look at?

if not the whole RVT, duplicate it and erase everything but a couple walls for reference, and upload that.
