Is this feature available? Is there a workaround? My clash tests are generally very long and I do not want to make a separate clash test for every clash set.

if your net using Sets, there is no way i know of to split the report, in Navisworks. if you write out to a XML, HTML (Tabulated) or Text, you may be able to split it up after it is exported by editing the source file. I have never had try that though since i use Search Sets to make my reports :-).

Can i ask why you don't want to use Sets? there pretty easy to setup once you get started.

I know that sets are useful for quick selection and searches, but I didn't know how they can help split the report. Can you shed light on that please?

We have about 96 different Tests we run as part of our standard clash detection. When using Search/Selection Sets, your Sets can be as specific or general as you want. After running a Test, when creating your report you can pick Current Test to just export one test, or pick "All Tests (Separated)" to export all the test separated by Test Set.

It will export to separate HTML files based on the Test sets.

I'm not sure I understand. It seems to have nothing to do with search and selection tests. I do use clash sets but in the form of groups inside the clash tests, was trying out a new method, instead of having a different test for each set. This " All tests (Separate)" option seems to work only for tests not made up sets(search and selection sets). Am I correct?
