Properties - exporting dimensions of an element

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue with the Selection Inspector and Quantification Tool in Navisworks and can't seem to resolve it.

The model I've received contains dimension data for elements, but I’m unable to map them correctly in either the Selection Inspector or the Quantification Tool.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

In the Selection Inspector, I selected the correct properties related to the element’s dimensions. However, these dimensions don’t appear in the window, even though the properties are selected.
In the Quantification Tool, I mapped these parameters to the fields ModelLength, ModelWidth, and ModelHeight, but nothing changes—no data is being displayed or updated.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or if there’s something I’m missing in the setup?

Would you be able to share that file with us (ideally as an NWD) so we can investigate this? It certainly looks like it should work from the screenshot you provided.
