I've been experiencing a recurring problem where the application freezes during operation, forcing me to terminate it using the Windows Task Manager. Upon checking the Event Viewer, I found the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"The program Roamer.exe version 19.0.1366.6 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.&lt;BR /&gt;Process ID: 1434&lt;BR /&gt;Start Time: 01d9a9b04d8fb35b&lt;BR /&gt;Termination Time: 4294967295&lt;BR /&gt;Application Path: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2022\Roamer.exe&lt;BR /&gt;Report Id: adebbc46-ca17-4dc9-ba54-e5d27ebbfe87&lt;BR /&gt;Faulting package full name:&lt;BR /&gt;Faulting package-relative application ID:&lt;BR /&gt;Hang type: Top level window is idle"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else has encountered a similar issue and if there are any known solutions or workarounds available.       <description>&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;Thanks for posting this to the forums.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;Unfortunately we are not aware of any issues similar to what you are experiencing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;What we would suggest is the following in the order shown;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;- Check your system requirements meet the minimum suggested.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;- Ensure you are on the latest Navisworks 2022 release.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;- Ensure Windows is up to date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;- Uninstall and reinstall Navisworks ensuring all appdata and temporary files are also deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;If all else fails please raise a support ticket to see if we can find out the reason why.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After communicating with the local dealer here in Greece, I received the following two instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First Instruction:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks [version] 20XX.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Locate and rename the file libeay32_Ad_1.dll to libeay32_Ad_1.dll.bak.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Navigate to your original installation media for Navisworks:&lt;BR /&gt;- C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Navisworks_Freedom_20xx_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm\x64\RXN\Program Files\Autodesk\Root\Rx&lt;BR /&gt;- C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Navisworks_Simulate_20xx_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm\x64\RXN\Program Files\Autodesk\Root\Rx&lt;BR /&gt;- C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Navisworks_Manage_20xx_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm\x64\RXN\Program Files\Autodesk\Root\Rx&lt;BR /&gt;4. Copy the file libeay32_Ad_1.dll.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Paste the file into C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks [version] 20XX.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Launch Navisworks again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second Instruction:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upgrade Navisworks Manage to the 2024 version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what I've seen on this forum, the first solution applies to cases where the application fails to start. Therefore, I proceeded directly to the second solution, which is to upgrade the application to the 2024 version. I will wait for two days to provide you with the results. Thank you very much for your assistance so far.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am reaching out to inform you that the issue with the application freezing has been resolved with the installation of Navisworks Manage 2024. While I am uncertain about any compatibility issues with files from the previous version, I have kept the 2022 version installed as a precautionary measure. If you have any recommendations or suggestions regarding this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your time and valuable insights.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
