Use the Publish NWD command in the Output ribbon instead of trying a simple Save As. This will give you options to include the cloud inside of the NWD. The file will be huge if the point cloud is very large.

I would like to know the correct workflow for viewing a point cloud in a NWD?

Right now I am processing my scans in Faro Scene and then indexing them in Recap and then importing them into Autocad to move around in our 3D models and then appending that dwg file into a compiled NWF and then saving an NWD for clients and subcontractors.

The problem is the nwd is looking back onto our network for the .rcp file. I do not want to send this file to anyone outside our company is there a way to make an NWD static like it's supposed to be with a point cloud attached to it?
