Use external excel to add properties of objects in Navisworks

Hi I have seen a demo video from Autodesk about how to use Datatools within Navisworks Manage or Navisworks Simulate to Create links between objects in a model and fields in an EXCEL spreadsheet to add properties of these objects. Use these new properties to create selection sets, search sets or with Appearance Profiler to change the color of objects based on the value of the fields in the spreadsheet.

this is truely what i need . however i followed every single step of that video, but still it doesnt work , my set up of Naviswork Simulate 2016 Data tool and Excel Database are attached in the screenshots.

can anybody help me with this thanks !
