No, the left monitor is my laptop the right one is a 32" I hooked up. Not sure if it's related but I've been having issues with MEP running extremely slow at times. I close everything and open back up and it's fine again. My first thought was the graphics card since it isn't on the "certified" list on the Autodesk website. But I researched it and it had good reviews to use with CAD software. It's an AMD Radeon R9 M290X Crossfire. Everything worked great when my work bought it last June but something has happened, almost seems to me like a corrupt registry file or something but I try not to mess with those. Also thought maybe when I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10?

I have been having an issue in Navisworks Manage 2015 for about a week now, I have had to shut it down and reopen about 7 times just today. When I open Clash Detective I zoom in on the area I want to look at then turn detective off. When I click on Clash Detective again none of the text appears in the dialog box that pops up (kept on my other monitor). If I move the box over to the same monitor as I have Navisworks on everything reappears but it's almost like it's frozen. It will go to different clashes but the screen is stuck on the first test even if I click on a different one. Attached is a screen shot of both my monitors when this occurs. On the left you see my left monitor that has the Clash Detective box on it and you can see right thru it to my desktop. Like I said, if I drag it to the other monitor the text reappears but it doesn't let me click on clashes. I tried switching monitors and it was working ok until the next time I opened clash detective. Then the text wouldn't appear no matter what I do, short of closing Navisworks and reopening it. I have already installed the latest drivers for my graphics card - AMD Radeon R9 M290X Crossfire.

You probably should have lead off with the OS version - if you check the system requirements you'll note that Win10 isn't listed for Navisworks 2015 products. That could be part of the problem, but as an unsupported OS it makes diagnosis more difficult.

I'd say its definitely a graphics issue though. My first inclination would be to trying running the program on the primary monitor (most intensive programs prefer to operate there). Second would be to disable the hardware acceleration. Both of those are not intended as solutions but as diagnostic tools to determine if the graphics system is at fault.

I didn't think about the OS version at first because I upgraded months ago and have just been having this problem for about the last week or so. I tried opening on the primary monitor yesterday and ended up with the same result eventually. It doesn't do it every time is what confuses me...

I would suggest cleaning of Revit file before importing in Navisworks. I have seen stucking of cursor at one selection because of some unwanted things in Revit which are placed far away at some place in the model.

Will request you to clean-up the file, purged it and seen if this helps.
