Background will not change

How can I get the background to change? Right now all I get is a gray background. I try to change it in the right click menu but the background will not change at all.

Under the pannel "View" there is a button "Background" and that is where you can select the color or gradient of your background.

Nope that does not work either. I have been using Navisworks since it was Jetstream so I have looked into all of the "obvious" causes I just cant find the reason I can't change my background.

Full rendered or shaded view style?

Do you have the Sun and Sky turned on?

doesnt work with full render, try shaded.

I had the same issue. Using Shaded instead of Full Render should solve this.

Hello,

you must in Render / Autodesk Rendering / disabled the Sun icon. (Navis Manage 2019)
