      <description>Try exporting all options into an XML of a system where it works and importing that onto a system where it does not work.&lt;BR /&gt;If that does not work, try exporting and importing the workspace.&lt;BR /&gt;If then, it still does not work, then My guess is that you need to re-install. Did you use a deployment to install on the different computers ?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to see&amp;nbsp;that the markup lines are not displayed at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This could be a graphic issue.&amp;nbsp;Please make sure to install the latest graphic driver.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the other hand, try changing some of the Graphic settings: in Options &amp;gt; Interface &amp;gt; Display &amp;gt; disable &lt;STRONG&gt;Hardware acceleration&lt;/STRONG&gt; and switch the Graphic System from “&lt;STRONG&gt;Autodesk&lt;/STRONG&gt;” to “&lt;STRONG&gt;Basic&lt;/STRONG&gt;”.&lt;BR /&gt;Tell me if that helps make a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried reinstalling the product?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another thing you could try is create a new Windows Profile and open Navisworks under it. &lt;BR /&gt;When you create a new user, Navisworks creates new standard user settings and if the lines appear correctly, it will help identify the cause of this problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if any of these suggestions help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Disabling hardware acceleration isn't really intended as a solution, its more of a diagnostic process.&amp;nbsp; If the problem goes away that means the problem is with the graphics system, and that gives a starting place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What OS are you using?&amp;nbsp; Graphics card?&amp;nbsp; Have you installed available SPs/hotfixes for Navisworks?&amp;nbsp; Have you tried updating the graphics driver?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please download and install it on your machine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is available for all users with Subscription and can be found:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;in Autodesk Desktop App &amp;gt; My Products&lt;/LI&gt;
