&lt;P&gt;i think that you should give a try to .Nwd file to be shared with your friend.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Nwf is a container of reference files, and those references are loaded everytime you open (usually it creates the .Nwc file, which is the cache of Navisworks).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One of the reason to explain what is happening to you may be the fact that if the Nwf is loading files locally, your friend will be loading a different Nwc file than the one you have.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I.e. you have file TEST.nwf which contains file SUB.nwc, when you share TEST.nwf with your friend you must also share SUB.nwc, otherwise he will reload it from somewhere, and this will create the difference in measurement.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try sharing a NWD file, and you will see that it is exactly the same.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the following issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my .nwf file&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; the object has certain measurement&amp;nbsp; example:&amp;nbsp; 2.5 meters&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; but when i sent this file to a friend for him to use it&amp;nbsp; the object changed the measurement, on his naviswork manage 2015&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; shows&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 6 meters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We both have the same versión of the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
