Error message after navisworks update

I am currently using Navisworks 2018 and Autocad Plant 3d 2018

Please try with dwfx format. Its a problem with some export settings

I get the same message either way. When i bring it in directly from plant 3d in comes in all white is there a way to change the setting where is comes in as color instead.

I’m not sure I’m following the issue here, but if you're trying to bring a Plant 3D 2018 model into Navisworks Manage or Simulate 2018, you should be able to open directly in Navisworks. No need to export to a DWF or DWFX unless there is a specific need to do so.

You may however need to install the P3D object enablers for some pipe, fittings, or equipment to display properly in Navisworks. Download those here: Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D 2018 Object Enablers

If that’s not the issue, please elaborate further.

Well im not sure if it's me or just bad luck, but when ever I have an issue
with anything it take over a week or if not longer to resolve anything. So
typically what i end up doing is trying the repair or I uninstall and
reload everything. and when ever your computer errors or crashes they want
you to leave a report you dont ever hear back from anyone.

1. Navisworks Manage is what i use when ever I open my model directly it
comes in all white and I have enablers loaded so this is the reason i
export it out as dwf/dwfx so that way it comes in as color.

2. Currently in Plant 3d 2018 whenever I am in my model and have 2 or more
things xref'd in shade mode it will fatal error whenever i unxref anything
in shade mode. So to avoid a fatal error I have to got to wireframe before
in unxref anything. Never had to do this until 2018 and i have been using
plant 3d since 2009.

Thanks for your time this was all very helpful. As far as the line number goes it appears only if you have a line number attached to the pipe.

So Kudos to you for all your help.
