Navisworks measure tool not working correctly

When I go to measure with the measure tool in Revit. It does not show the distance? It just says that all measurements are 0.00

Any help would be great! Thank you! I have looked and the options and everything is correct there.

Are you using navisworks or Revit to measure ? Can you post a screenshot ?

Hello Ronald,

I am using Navis 2016. After closing the model and then re-opening it, it started working correctly. Just for curiosity is have you seen this before? I think it is just a little bug that can be fixed by restarting that software. Thanks for the help.

Hello we are having a problem with the measure tool. Upon selecting there tool as the cursor movers across the screen it leaves a string of squares on the screen it is difficult to use in this state. Is there a setting I am missing to correct this?

We've seen this on other systems, and they tended to be running Intel integrated graphics. We've never been able to reproduce this issue. All I can suggest is you try to update your graphics drivers.

I tried with updating graphics drivers- Same problem with the measure tool. Upon selecting there tool as the cursor movers across the screen it leaves a string of squares on the screen it is difficult to use.
