Timeline api reference error

I see the following error when I run my application,

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Autodesk.Navisworks.Timeliner.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

I've read this topic "http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Navisworks-API/TimeLinder-dll-error/td-p/3375165" but I couldn't find a solution.

can you help me please ?

Hi,

are you using a plugin or a .NET control based app? The latter cannot access TimeLiner at this moment.

So if use API viewcontrol, any workaround to get Element activity schedule?

Hi,

What I can think of is to start an automation (invisible) behind your application, and call a plugin to access TimeLiner data. It is really lumpish, but i have no other idea 😞

Hi John,

Unfortunately, I have not heard any update about exposing Timeliner/ClashTest to a .NET control application.
