I want to implement SwitchBack functionality throgh API. I need to SwitchBack .dwg files to AutoCAD. How can I impement it.

Is there any API for it where I can supply file name with full path and it will get open in AutoCAD.

Dear, I'm not sure what SwitchBack look like, I assume you want to open a dwg file in Naviswork plugin, so the suggestion is, you can use Process.Start method, like this:

System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(autoCadPath, dwgFilePath);

I now know what is "SwitchBack", sorry for misleading.
After consulting with navsiworks developer, the quick answer is there is no API for this function.

May I wonder why you want to do that via API? is the UI feature not enough?

Thanks Aron,

Actually we want to implement SwitchBack functionality through our User Interface, so we need that API.

Anyway if it is unavailable then we are helpless.

go to 40:00 and check out the plugin they created for applying transformations from Navis Manage to Revit.

Its a bit of a hack but thats kinda fun imo.
