I'm currently unable to append from Vault to Navisworks. When I select "Append", the toolbar goes grey, as though the normal dialog window has opened, but I can't see the window. I've tried win+tab, shift+tab, and every other key command I could think of, but I never see the dialog windows. As a result, I'm forced to append files from the working folders, which usually work fine. However, this is seen as circumventing proper procedure at my office, so I'd like to get this resolved.
