Mudbox will not open

Hello, I've had Mudbox for about a month but am having an issue launching the program. Worked fine yesterday but now when I try running Mudbox after the loading application box like normal I get an Error box reading "Error: Load hotkeys for file". I've since restarted my computer, tried to repair, uninstalled and reinstalled. On a note, I did mess with some of the hotkeys for my tablet in the app last time It was running and tried running it with and without the tablet connected.

Hey man!, did you already resolve this issue? just happened to me recently, and i dont know how to fix this error.

How can a company like autodesk not respond to their clientele when they have an issue? Dumbfounding

Okay, I seemed to have found a way to fix this. What I did was go to the settings folder

C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Mudbox\2022

I copied the contents of one of the other Mudbox versions

C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Mudbox\2018 for instance

And replaced the ones in the 2022 version with the ones from 2018.

Mudbox launched with a message talking about brush settings or something, but was able to fix itself since that message only showed up the first time launching Mudbox 2022.

Anyway... that's how I fixed it in my case. Hope this helps.

I appreciate the thought. But my issue is so far in the past that I had to find a new solution myself or just give up. Thanks anyways
