Why do my joints scale when I Plot to Control Rig?

When plotting motion capture data from an Actor to Control Rig the bones suddenly scale for no apparent reason.

Plot to the skeleton works; however also happens when plotting from the skeleton to Control Rig.

I have tried to put DOF limitations on Joint Scaling with no better results.

What am I missing?

Hi @Anonymous,

In your attached scene, I cannot see any actor, is this expected?

Could you please detail the exact repro steps leading to your issue?

I was having a similar issue. I turned off Smart plot when going to the control rig and my problem is fixed. Perhaps this will help you also!
