Moldflow don't result of Deflection, all effects: Deflection

Dear Moldflow support

Could you help me below issue.

I run procedure Fill+Pack+Warp, then there is no result of "Deflection, all effects: Deflection"

it result Deflection: Path Plot. I try to creat new .mpi, there is same issue.

In the previous project, I use Deflection: Path Plot to process the result. Does it seem to be the root cause?

May you help me how to solve this issue ?

Hi,

Pretty strange what happens.
I do not think it should be inherited as you describe.

First, hover over Results in task pane, right-click and select : "Add Default Plots".

To see if that would resolve the issue, and adding Deflection, all effects:Deflection.

Further:

If something happens with UI, lost dialogs and other strange things, a cleanreg could help.

Sometimes a cleanreg could solve odd behaviours.

Running a Clean Registry in Simulation Moldflow Products
You are having odd issues with directory access, results access, as well as general usability concerns and need a quick fix without having to go through the entire reinstallation process. A clean registry does just this, by cleaning out the registry and reconfiguring the installation to default settings and removing any configurations that may be causing those issues.

After a cleanreg, you might need to rerun the simulation.

But first have a look on results, and repeat : hover over Results in task pane, right-click and select : "Add Default Plots".
