    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the late response. Which version of Moldflow did you see this in? In Moldflow 2026 we moved to support the .mp4 format. IF your machine does NOT have the Windows Media Pack installed, you should get a dialogue box suggesting you to download a the Media pack from Microsoft (&lt;A href="https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>AVI animation on HTML report</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to know if is it normal or no that when I create a report in html format, the AVI animation doesn't appear on the html report ? Instead, it launches a download of the AVI file.&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried to create an html template and I'm afraid I've modified the original file during my copy paste.&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe someone knows where I can find the original “default_template” folder&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(Not on my PC, I where i it)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;or forward it to me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
