Command Line Not appear

Hi all,

Command Line tool shows Disappeared,

Even selecting box activate in Macro/script General tab , Command line?script not work,

Hi @Anonymous ,

1) Command line dialog window: Get it from tab View, User Interface , Check Command Line

2) When enter the command in the Command line dialog window: do not add extension .vbs to command.
In your picture it is typed "align.vbs", and should be typed "align".

3) If something happens with UI, lost dialogs and strange things, a cleanreg could help.

Sometimes a cleanreg could solve odd behaviours.

Running a Clean Registry in Simulation Moldflow Products
You are having odd issues with directory access, results access, as well as general usability concerns and need a quick fix without having to go through the entire reinstallation process. A clean registry does just this, by cleaning out the registry and reconfiguring the installation to default settings and removing any configurations that may be causing those issues.

good it was resolved.

Uninstall and reinstall is the kind of last resort.

Cleanreg would probably have done the job too.

I had the same problem of the command line window not appearing.

I have run Cleanreg in both Synergy and Insight and now the problem is fixed, no need to reinstall.

To perform a clean registry in Moldflow run the following executables depending on the Moldflow program in use:

Note: These applications are located in the installation directory for each program and is run as an executable.

Moldflow Synergy

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Moldflow Synergy 20XX\bin\synergycleanreg.exe

Moldflow Insight

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Moldflow Insight 20XX\bin\insightcleanreg.exe

Moldflow Adviser

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Moldflow Adviser 20XX\bin\advcleanreg.exe
