Hi,
you have an option in process settings, tab Accuracy, to check High Analysis Resolution.
This is a kind of mesh control, which creates a finer mesh with about 2-3x more elements.
(tab Accuracy is to the very right of the tabs, and might be hidden at first sight, use the ">" to the right of tabs to step to the next tabs)

Enabling this option produces a more detailed model that takes more time and resources to analyze.

Use this option to ensure a high analysis resolution for models with a high proportion of small features such as fillets and radii, or if you want to examine highly detailed results.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Berndt

Autodesk must add the option to control the mesh size also for moldflow adiver package.

All competitors have this option in the basic mudoles & i don't understand why it is not avialble in the moldflow adviser.

Hi,

I know about this option, I already tried it & It is not good enough.

Our company manufactures very small parts which requires very high accuracy.

Hi,
to work with meshes in a more controlled and detailed way, you need the next package level of software:
Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight.
( see features at: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/compare/index?siteID=123112&id=14920771 )

To control meshes in a more detailed level is not within the scope of Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Adviser.
http://usa.autodesk.com/moldflow/

You can add ideas/suggestions at:
Simulation Moldflow IdeaStation
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Simulation-Moldflow-IdeaStation/idb-p/91

Regards,
Berndt
