https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/moldflow-adviser-forum/anchor-plane-for-deflection-analysis/m-p/5689439#M1232 <P>Someone please assist me to understand the Anchor Plane&nbsp;and Best Fit options in the Warp Constraints.&nbsp; When I select the XYZ coordinates the software will automatically move the points to be on the part surface.&nbsp;</P><P>The first coordinate I set to 0,0,0 the software will change it to .0136, -.1252, .2147.&nbsp;</P><P>The second coordinate I set to 16, 0, 0.&nbsp; It sets to 15.91, -.1271, .2022.&nbsp;</P><P>The third coordinate I set to 16, -14, 0.&nbsp; It sets to 15.99, -13.88, .2223.</P><P>Why does this happen?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Is the Anchor Plane intended to act as a vitual "surface plate"?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>How do I properly use the Best Fit option?&nbsp; Are the reference points intended to be "on" the part?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Thanks</P><P>Tcogs100</P> Tue, 23 Jun 2015 14:49:07 GMT Anonymous 2015-06-23T14:49:07Z
