Meshmixer Loads to Error Report

Meshmixer worked in the past on my Windows 10 laptop, however recently when I went to use it it's loading straight to "A software problem has caused Meshmixer to close unexpectedly" with an error report form. I've searched for similar issues but my DirectX Drivers, graphics drivers and everything else is updated and there's no restrictions on my /Documents/Meshmixer folder so I can't figure out why it won't load.

We just got an Anycubic Photon and I really need Meshmixer to hollow models and add SLA optimized supports so any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Did you already try to delete meshmixer.ini ?

same error here! any update? already reinstalled the MM, deleted .ini, ...
