Mesh Mixer wont open

Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still not opening???

Hi @VAtom,

Can you share a bit more about the circumstances.

Are you attempting to use Meshmixer 3.3 or Meshmixer 3.5?
Which release of Windows 10 are you using?
Have you reinstalled your C++ Redistributable Libraries as suggest on the download page?

Its MeshMixer 3.5

Windows 10 is 10 pro, 1809

I dont see anyhting on the download page for C++ Redistributable Libraries ??

Hi @VAtom,

We just updated our download page, so it looks like we lost that note about C++ redistributables. If you are having problems launching the software, we recommend first doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of your C++ libraries. On the Meshmixer download page, we also provide a download for Meshmixer 3.3 which several users have success with when Meshmixer 3.5 fails to open.

Hi, carried all that out and still the same. We have noticed it does open but defaults to 'minimized' you have to hover over the icon in the task bar so the mini preview shows and them right click and select maximise

It opens to maximum and works fully
