impossible to generate complex and to split them

I select hands with SELECT.

I click on smooth boundaries and I have the blue line.
after I create facegroups.

now, i click on EDIT generate complex
the face group is created but when i want to double click on the orange line, not all the line is selected

I click on accept and I have 2 line with 2 different colors

A STL complex is created but when I want to split, I have too much complex creat'ed but not the hands alone.

Help me please, I bought the prusa MK3 with MMU to print multicolors objects but If I can not separate faces, I can not print

Hard to see in the images, but it seems your brown group contacts the white group with more than 1 boundary loop.

Complex only works if one group meets another one time only.

(Compare: here and there)
