Hello

I am beginner in Meshmixer and I have one question. Is it possible to create something like in this pictures. Design and export in stl format and then printed in metal.

Yep, think I know some workflow to construct such braces. But it's not a one click think. One needs to jump through many tools... Can you post/send an example of such an interoral scan?

Ok, found a scan at thingiverse and did the attached result (I'm no dentist so I'm not sure how to set the wires) but the attached file should match to the thingiverse download.

All done in Meshmixer.

I can do it for you if you want, only takes me about 10 mins as you saw, and like millions of people right now I got nothing but time. But of course learning to do it yourself is beneficial depending on how often this may come up for you. Cause ya know, give a man a fish vs teach a man to fish...

Okay so same as MagWeb did above.

So for that, the red wire part will be the same process as my video, for those blue tooth pieces it will be a separate selection, then a boolean union of the red part and blue parts,

Will be something like

Select the teeth
Offset 0.1mm
Offset 1mm (check connected)
Select all
Smooth
Select both the red and new blue parts with Shift+Click
Boolean union

Hello, i m looking for the method to create custom orthodontic bands as attached file. but i don't manage to make it solid without Meshmixer filled the ring. can you help me please ?

MakeSolid is the wrong tool to construct a solid ring from a surface loop.

You want to use SELECT>Edit>Offset instead.

Here's a possible workflow:

To get a nice result later on you should remesh your surface loop first. So SelectAll (Ctrl+A) and run SELECT>Edit>Remesh. Note: I switched the BoundaryMode to FreeBoundary here to recalculate the normal directions at the open boundaries. Otherwise the later Offset will show distortions at its edges.
All still selected go to SELECT>Edit>Offset and set the desired thickness in Distance:
Select the extruded surface regions as shown:
Run SELECT>Deform>Smooth to smooth the exterior surface:
