    <description>&lt;P&gt;The screen shot shows unusual selections. When performing a plane cut, one does not typically make selections other than to limit the scope of the cut. That is to say, if you wanted to plane cut across only one finger, you would paint/select most of the finger upon which the cutting plane resides. With the object not selected, positioning the cutting plane in the same location as the line in your screenshot, the plane cut with both segments kept works fine. Once cut, use Separate Shells to generate the two individual objects.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I attempted to plain cut (cut-keep both, remeshed fill) the object. I wanted to select the cut mesh to separate it. But, I cannot select the mesh... The particles are captured as attached. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
