backburner option to render By frame

Hi,I try to send backburner job whith [By frame 0.5] for render 2pics/frame.

I try using -b 0.5 on populate command but don't work.

Now I try change the fps from 30 to 60 and render it, I think it's the same result but I like multiply the maya's file on

server.
