Problems with Arnold Render

Hi there, for the last 5 days I am using Maya 2022 and I am having a problem with Arnold Render. While I am rendering, a little square moving around the picture. I don't know what is that. I was using Maya 2020 and I never had that problem before. Also, most of the time after two renders Maya is crashing. Thank you for your time.

Same problem here. The square is a b.s. feedback element that Arnold places in the render to show you the area it is working on, but rather than being a strictly UI element, the square is actually imbedded in the render... WTF! What brainiac came up with that keen bit of programming?
Anyway, its a part of the "Progressive Refinement" feature under System tab. Turn that off, you won't see the update of the render, but it will get rid of that dumb square.

As always, you have to develop a workaround for Autodesk's half baked software. Hey Autodesk, how about you fix this... You miserable tools!
Blender here I come!

Try Maya 2022.1 - Personally I've had issues with .2 and .3 in regards to crashing after rendering one frame of a sequence.
You can install any version by going through the custom install option under products & services. The "gputest" is just what I named my install pack!
