Batch render missing in Maya 2018

Hello,

I have a trial version of Maya (for Windows), which I was advised is supposed to be a full version of the program, but the Batch Render option is completely missing from the Render menu. As I've seen in tutorial videos it should be listed as I click on Render on the top bar, but I only get the first two options (please see the screen shot attached).

Can you advise me how to fix this?

What are the hardware specs of your machine and are your GPU drivers up to date?

A quick fix you can try is deleting your settings/preferences.

Hi Sean, thanks for getting back to me. I just installed it from scratch on another computer and it works ok there, so I gave up on trying to fix this one. Thanks anyway
