At first it appeared to launch, then the start up window remained frozen, no "ticking" by, then it disappeared followed by the "suddenly quit" report options window. However, the icon in my dock indicated it was still open, even after restarting the computer. then when i tried again, the "Maya has suddenly quit" report op box came up with the start up window each time. No matter how i try it won't correct itself. I even tried the back door by sending a mesh from Mudbox, What could've happened? Is the file that I was working on at the time still open causing this problem? Where do I look to fix? Do I need to re-install? is it a memory, or graphics card issue?
