I tested maya2018 and maya2024 and found that the issue has been fixed, but performance issues still exist. We have many mel scripts that have become unusable due to performance issues.

Hi,

The slowdown is caused by the Mel security preferences in Maya. (which can be disabled)

I will log an issue.

Thank you for your reply. We have some mel tools. For example, checking whether the model is symmetrical will result in a large calculation of mag (v1-v2).
