Maya 2017 cant be opened after updating

my computer is win10 n i already tried to remove all the files et started to download maya2017 again

but i still cant open it because of some files dll missing...

now i cant delete it ...is shows " cant find setup files...

plus i cant find 2017 in my product

i can use maya 2018 but theres no shader aistantard in 2018

did anyone have this problem?? how to fix it ??

I always do a full system backup prior to installing or updating Maya. You never know what a new version of Maya will do to your computer.

Do you have a full system backup in case of Maya or virus?

Hi!

You may search for clean uninstall Maya or clean uninstall Autodesk.

Anyway it's not recommended to install an older software version after installing a newer version, so just keep Maya 2018 if possible.

Please read the Maya Online Help / Documentation and Arnold for Maya User Guide for more details about changes, especially changes from Arnold 4 to Arnold 5 (aiStandardSurface).
