hey

I want to create a pile of debris using Maya Shatter Effect and Dynamics follow the tutorial on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f80LFuUgF7g). Everything looks fine and I duplicate these pieces want to bring into ZBrush. My problem is I cant retopo or quadrangulate them to get suitable topology for Zbrush. I even export these pieces as obj/FBX trying on retopo, not work. Can somebody give me any advice?

Thanks first, Problem is if the topology not good enough, by import into Zbrush, i get a mess. 🙂

That’s what remesh does, cleans and retopo to quads. Importing doesn’t do anything until you remesh in Zbrush.
