    <description>&lt;P&gt;Small infractions usually involve just a "cease and desist" order and a financial penalty if there was significant money involved.&amp;nbsp; If you persist,&amp;nbsp;are *very* uncooperative, etc.&amp;nbsp;then you will see the larger sanctions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And seconded on the Desktop Subscription licenses - they are designed to support short-term, low investment&amp;nbsp;work like this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
