I had the same issue. I disabled motion blur and deleted all history but still experienced the blur like in your picture. My solution was to copy the object and paste it into a new scene. Not the most advanced solution but it worked for me.

blurred objects within workspace?

Hello, was wondering if someone could please help me out. Whenever I rotate, translate or scale an object within my workspace it now blurs it. the blur becomes stronger when i pull the camera out. I have no idea what's causing this.. thank you! Applying a new shader gets rid of the blur, but once I apply another transformation, it will blur the object once again.

you have motion blur enabled for your viewport. (this little icon more or less in the center of your viewport menu)
